Hollie Dickson day one

Hi all! Today was my first day in Ireland, and I plan on telling my blogging family all about it. My day started when I got on a plane from Charlotte, North Carolina that landed in Dublin, Ireland at 6:00 am Ireland time. From there we got on a bus and ventured through the country side. My favorite part of this was seeing all the baby sheep in the fields, as well as learning about the stone wall fences. I learned that back a long while ago people built walls out of stone to identify property lines. The cool thing about this was that the walls were built in such a unique design that other people were able to identify which family built which wall based only on the wall's architecture. After a ride through the country we then got to walk around Galway. We had lunch at a restaurant and spent some time window shopping. Currently I am now all unpacked in the Kinvara hotel, and awaiting a lively night out at an Irish pub. That is all I got for my blog family today, but tune in tomorrow to hear about my ongoing adventure!
