Day 7 - Nicole Linkes

The sights I got to see in Scotland today were just beyond words. Getting to see Edinburgh Castle from the outside and inside was amazing. It is something I will never forget. It was so majestic, beautiful and intricate. The prisoners section of the castle really allowed you to get a true glimpse of what the castle use to be like. We all went to the Writers' Museum which was definitely a good learning experience. I got to learn more about Deacon Brodie who was possibly the motivation behind Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Lewis Stevenson. I found this to be a very fascinating part of the tour. In the evening we saw The King's Speech which was great! I was only slightly familiar with the play before but seeing it tonight was a worthwhile experience and very enjoyable! I had a great day today! It's sad that our last day is tomorrow but it has been so memorable this far.
