First Time Flying! - Nicole Linkes

So far this experience has been surreal. I am really going to Ireland! The take off from Pittsburgh to Charlotte was such as interesting experience mixed with excitement, anxiety and a bit of nausea. Those landing can be rough on the stomach. Then getting on the plane to
go from Charlotte to Dublin was an experience entirely different. The plane was larger, there are TV screens on the back of the seats, and we even received a meal. Besides the amenities, being on a flight is not something you can prepare for. I think we all can agree on that it is...pretty intense (six hour confinement). That being said, it's all par for the course. We will be landing in Dublin in an hour and the anticipation is killing me. So close, yet so far.
