Then we walked down the Royal Mile to The People's Story museum. Here we learned about the history of the city people and the struggles and achievements they've had.
After the museum we had a little free time to shop around before our lunch at Deacon Brodie's. After lunch we headed for the National Museum of Scotland. It was neat to see the different levels of the museum and how each one was centered around the transformation of Scotland.
Tonight, we got to take the Mary King's Close Tour! This was awesome! It was so cool to see the "city" beneath Edinburgh! Hearing the stories gave me the chills. It was creepy, yet thrilling at the same time. Probably one of my favorites of this trip so far!
Can't wait to head to the castle tomorrow!
